Intel Corporation
First International Sales Conference
Attendees: 2,216 Sales
Directors from 25 countries
Meeting Theme: Building A Solid Structure of Solutions
Meeting Objective: Relieve information overload, energize
the audience, deliver a Keynote Performance to the meeting theme.
At Issue: During large-scale
meetings a lot of information is squeezed into two or three days.
Attendees get distracted and unfocused. How do you keep them attentive and alert during long
company reports, analysis, statistics and technology vetting?
The Solution: The Juggling
Matrix was brought in to entertain, educate and inspire 2,216 audience members
with a custom-written Kick-off Performance of Juggling, then returned
at each coffee break and after lunch to teach the entire group how to
juggle one, two, three balls by themselves and with partners. The group was energized and attentive
for the entire day, and took sets of juggling balls back to their offices worldwide, to remind them of
where and why they learned to juggle.
