Meeting Objective: This group was under a tremendous amount of pressure - the company had just merged with a larger utility, some of their jobs were on the line and change was hanging heavily in the air.

Result: The Juggling Matrix was able to diffuse much of the tension surrounding the day's topic of 'right-sizing.' By emphasizing the skills they possessed as lawyers and the skills they could learn, juggling was used as the tool for this group to experience 'stretching the limits of their comfort zones' and 'trying something different.'
