Rock Water Company
Held in Waterbury, CT
Meeting Theme:
Annual Company Day - "Work Together, Act as One Company."
Meeting Objective:
Bring together the entire company of 135 employees from two separately
located offices in Connecticut for a teambuilding experience.
Implementation:
A three-hour experiential seminar.
Seminar
topics covered:
- 3 basics elements of being a team player
- 4 primary personality types and how to identify them
- 2 sure-fire ways to creatively solve problems
- Honoring the skills each department brings to the company
Results: The two offices are operating more like partners and less like silos. As the day progressed, employees from different
offices talked to each other and got to know each other, many for the first time. The Juggling Matrix helped stimulate and facilitate
a communicative environment. This was a big step for this small, traditional company, and it paid off.
