BIOGRAPHY

Carlo Pellegrini, motivational speaker, consultant, teambuilding trainer and advertising executive, has taught over 30,000 executives, managers and salespeople his model for turning Fear into Courage - The Juggling Matrix.

For the past three years he has supported his behavioral research by working with several Internet start-up firms in the capacity of organizational consultant and business strategist. His seminar "Act Different. Think Different. Change!" has most recently grown out of this work. The very common themes of expectations, fear of failure, thinking differently, focus and flexibility are wrapped into the core of this dynamic program.

Carlo draws on a myriad of life and work experiences for his programs: strategic planning and business model development for several Internet start-ups and social services agencies; VP, Business Development of a New York City advertising agency; director of sales and training for a top 20 publishing firm.

In addition, he ran away to join the world's smallest circus at the age of 19, performing as a Clown, was a lead dancer with the internationally acclaimed Nikolais Dance Theatre, was seen in the movie "Popeye", made TV and radio commercials and worked for the Big Apple Circus as Ringmaster and Clown.
